However, the elegant tannin structure is already beautifully integrated on the medium-bodied palate, giving precise contours through the long, mineral finish. Excellent aging potential. Sustainable. These distinctions represent the crowning achievement of several years of efforts following the takeover of Domaine Fond Moiroux, and motivate us to continue to promote these unique terroirs located in Cogny and Romanèche-Thorins.
