THE ESSENCE OF A UNIQUE TERROIR

We are both agricultural scientists; after very busy careers, we wanted to put down roots in the countryside and set ourselves the appealing yet demanding challenge of taking over a vineyard.

We assessed many wine-growing regions and vineyards before taking the plunge. We finally chose the Beaujolais, which in our view is a wine-growing area both with a bright future and one steeped in history.
